Walk-in medication management clinics are on a first come, first serve basis. All evaluations must be done in person. Follow-up appointments are available virtually and clients may call the office at 410-766-6624 to join the waitlist.
The agency is not responsible for missing or lost medications. Additionally, bridge requests for medication refills will not be filled. Any medication refill requests require an appointment with a prescriber either virtually or in-person. Please contact the office for appointment availability.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency please visit the nearest hospital or dial 9-1-1.
What To Expect At Your First Appointment
M&M Behavioral Health Solutions provides an array of outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment and counseling programs to serve our clients. These programs utilize best practices in mental health treatment and counseling to support the recovery of our clients. Additionally, M&M offers access to psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners for our outpatient mental health clients.
M&M promotes choices for healthier lives and safer communities by providing professional assistance to those in need of prevention, crisis intervention, treatment of substance use, and mental health disorders. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, sexual abuse, and grief.
We are proud to support a group of therapists and prescribers with a wide variety of skills and specialties. During your initial evaluation, we will ask you a set of questions designed to determine the best therapist to meet your needs.

Please arrive about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork. To expedite the process you can go to our "Documents/Forms" page and either print or electronically sign the registration packet.
Please bring your picture ID, insurance card and any co-pay due. Forms of payment accepted include cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Additionally, please bring any referral paperwork.
Your first appointment will be an evaluation that includes a biopsychosocial assessment. You may also be asked to complete a depression and/or anxiety inventory, and provide a specimen for toxicology screens. You should expect to be in the office for at least one hour.
Following your assessment you will be scheduled with an appropriate provider for on-going services and provided any referrals.
We accept a variety of public and private insurance including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Medical Assistance and Medicare. If you are unsure whether we accept your insurance, please feel free to contact our billing specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prior to the first appointment, your insurance will be contacted to verify coverage and authorization. You will be notified of any concerns prior to your appointment so there is no delay in services.
Copays are due at the beginning of every appointment. Failure to pay your copay will result in cancellation of your appointment.
