We are proud to support a group of therapists and prescribers with a wide variety of skills and specialties. During your initial evaluation, we will ask you a set of questions designed to determine the best therapist to meet your needs.
To schedule your first appointment, please call our office at (410) 766 - 6624, and ask for a Patient Care Coordinator.
We accept a variety of public and private insurance including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medical Assistance and Medicare. We accept only the Community Plan for United Healthcare.
Prior to the first appointment insurance will be contacted to verify coverage and authorization. You will be notified of any concerns prior to your appointment so there is no delay in services.
Copays are due at the beginning of every appointment. Failure to pay your copay will result in cancellation of your appointment.
Our prescribing staff are available to our current clients only. Appointments are available during the week and on Sundays. Initial appointments with prescribing staff are scheduled after the completion of your first appointment.
To continue with medication management our clients need to continue to attend counseling sessions. This is to ensure adequate communication between client, counselor, and prescribing staff. If three or more appointments are missed then the medication management appointment will be rescheduled.
