Nicole is the Assistant Clinical Director at M&M. She attended the University of Baltimore College for her Undergraduate degree, which she then followed up with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Johns Hopkins University (2015). She started her tenure here in 2018 as an LGPC to work on obtaining her supervised hours and was recruited full-time as an ACD in 2024.
Before returning full-time as an LCPC, Nicole worked closely with troubled youth, in both individual and group settings. She has also provided assistance to survivors of intimate partner violence. She has experience working in outpatient facilities, shelters, and residential treatment centers. Her primary focus of care is with young adults and college students, starting around age 15.
